Return/ Exchange
Policy
In the unlikely event that
you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your item,
issue a store credit to use towards your next purchase, or issue a refund.
If you choose to exchange your item(s), please send us an email to boutiquecustomerservice@misseboutique.com
and let us know what item(s) you would like in exchange. We will put your
replacement item(s) on hold for 7 days while your return is enroute to us. Upon
receipt, we will ship your replacement order. Shipping charges for your
replacement order do apply.
If you choose to
receive a store credit, once we receive your returned item(s), we will gladly
send you a gift certificate to use the next time that you shop with us. The gift
certificate will be in the total dollar amount of your return.
All returns must be received within 15 days of delivery. Shipping charges
will not be refunded.
The returned item(s) must
be unused and in original packaging, along with a copy of the misseboutique.com
invoice and the completed return authorization form.
In an effort to make your shopping experience with us the best it can be, prior
to shipping an order from Miss E Boutique, all items are quality checked and
all orders are double checked for accuracy.
